1. The 30-Night Risk-Free Trial

We want every expecting mother and customer to feel absolute comfort. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to test your pillow. If it does not provide the restful sleep support you need, you can initiate a return for a full refund of the product purchase price.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To qualify for a return under our 30-night guarantee:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
• Pillows and removable covers must be clean, free of stains or tears, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Gift items or promotional bundles must be returned together with the main product.

3. How to Start a Return

1. Send an email to shopniyih@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our customer support team will send you a return authorization code and return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Pack your item securely and ship it to our return warehouse address provided in your authorization email.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed immediately. Refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your pillow arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue (such as a zipper failure or seam issue), please notify us within 7 days at shopniyih@gmail.com for an immediate free replacement!
